To analyse the results of two graphs, and to link them to our Inquiry Question
Success Criteria:

Analysis of Graphs

Now that we have

created some graphs
to illustrate the
data collected from
our survey, we need
to analyse the
results we have.
Analysis of Graphs
There are a number of things that our analysis of graphs must
include:

Description: what does the graph show? What patterns can we

find?
Explanation: What was surprising/unusual? Why did we get
these results? How can we explain these results? What are the
reasons for these results?
Link to question: What do these results tell us about mobile
phones as an example of globalisation? What do these results
tell us about how mobile phones have changed the world?
Think,

Look at your graphs,

think about:

What patterns you

see,
Why we got these
results,
What they tell us
about mobile phones.
