MILLWRIGHT, FIELD MECHANICAL SKILL

Carry out daily routine preventive maintenance program to

keep all equipment in good condition by re-lubrication and
readjustment or major/minor repair if required. This
included centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, fin-
fan coolers and motor operated valve ( MOV ), Nitrogen
Plant, Steam Turbine, Compressors and Power Generator
Turbines.
Conduct detection oriented program on all mechanical
equipment by visual inspection to identify potential failure
of the equipment. This included: oil leak, heat, dirtiness,
vibration, noisy, corroded part and also the related safety
aspects and housekeeping.
Generating proposal to superior to review and readjust:
interval preventive maintenance tasks list and man hour
required and modification required
Producing check list inspection findings and create work
order for execution by maintenance field crew.
Carry out shut down train jobs, power generator job of MI /
 HGPI Gas turbine / Compressor.
Performing shop repair as required by supervisor.
