- Health care will continue to be
free for all Canadians
- We will be fair in ensuring that no
one is excluded from accessible
health care.
- Provide all medical facilities with
top of the line technology and
equipment.
 ENVIRONMENT
- We will rehabilitate the rural
parts of Canada

reserves, homes of animals,
or lakes are harmed in the

We chose Monclair as our leader because we believe that he can help lead our country
into the right direction. Monclair constantly shows his support for the elderly and proves just
how honest, caring and kind he is. Along with being kind, caring and honest, he is very
responsible. Monclair takes responsibility for his actions, whether its for something good or
bad. He shows respect to the elderly and takes in all suggestions. Monclair does not judge
anyone for what they have done, instead he tries to understand the circumstances and helps

ELECTION SPEECH
Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, youth and elderly, my name is Jacques Monclair and, let
me be honest, it is my honor to be standing in front of you today. Ever since I was a boy I always had
ambitions to make my home-our home, a better place. I know that Canada is already an amazing
country and it will be a challenge for me to carry on the legacy left behind by our former leaders, but I
promise I will do my best. No longer will people in Canada be discriminated for who they are or what
they believe in. No longer will families have to work overtime just to get food on the table and proper
healthcare for their kids. No longer will our soldiers have to worry about their families back home or if
they will have a home to come back to. Canada will be a prosperous community of equality, justice,
and love for one another, and this vision is not a ways away from what Canada is now. For as long as
we be good to each other and have even the slightest desire in making our tomorrow a little brighter
than today.
