about conducting a formal observation? How did your colleague feel about being observed? How did
you feel about discussing your observations with your colleague after the lesson? How did your
colleague react to your assessment? Did she agree with your evaluation? Which of the suggestions
you made will your colleague apply in her next lesson? Do you and your colleague feel that this was a
valuable experience? Why/Why not?

Aayshas lesson was such a perfect example of science lesson for grade two. She is such an energetic

teacher. I can see that she was well-prepared and she overcome each issue she faced. From my

experience, it was such a beneficial experience for me to be the observer and came up with a formal

observation. I noticed the mistakes that my peer did to avoid it next time, and for sure I obtain a lot

of affection teaching strategies and methods. After observation, we had a discussion with my peer

about her lesson. It was really enjoyable, she listens to my recommendation and suggestion with

pleasures. At the end of the discussion we came up with some activities and techniques that would

benefits both of us.
