Ghayas lesson was really delightful science lesson due to the organized structures that she

followed in her lesson. She is such an organized and well-equipped teacher, I observed that she

solved any students misunderstanding. From my experience, it was such a beneficial experience for

me to be the observer and came up with a formal observation. I noticed the mistakes that my peer

did to avoid it next time, and for sure I obtain a lot of affection teaching strategies and methods.

After observation, we had a discussion with my peer about her lesson. It was really enjoyable, she

listens to my recommendation and suggestion with pleasures. At the end of the discussion we came

up with some activities and techniques that would benefits both of us.
