The student photographer agrees to film the events listed according to the schedule and times attached to
this contract. If the photographer needs to cancel, the photographer is responsible for finding a substitute,
and recording the name of that substitute on the schedule attached to this contract.

MEDIA DELIVERY COSTS:

If HPC equipment is used, HPC can provide a copy of film at the following additional cost:
DVDs $5 per DVD
Flash Drives $10 per flashdrive

DONATION / CREDIT STATUS It is understood that the HPC of Hempfield School District will
accept a donation in exchange for the work of the Student Photographer. The Student Photographer will
be able to use the entire donation (or 70% of the donation if HPC equipment is used) less the delivery
media cost as a credit to offset their personal costs to the STN national competition. If a balance remains
after the competition, the credit can also be used for personal video entry fees. Upon graduation, the
Student Photographer surrenders their credit to the Video Production Club, to be divided among all STN
participants the following year as a credit to their competition.

IF SP OR A SUBSTITUE FAIL TO REPORT, client will not be charged the filming fee for the game
missed, and the SP will surrender the donation from one previous game to the Video Production Club.

GAME CANCELLATION Clients will not be charged for any scheduled game that is cancelled. The
SP is responsible for reflecting all schedule changes on the attached schedule.

ADDITIONAL WORK SP may be paid for additional filming of games related to the current season for
(a) playoff matches or (b) scouting upcoming competition. The SP is responsible for adding those games
to the attached schedule.

STUDENT RIGHTS FOR FUTURE USE HPC and SP may retain a copy of all media created when
using photographer supplied equipment. Except as otherwise provided herein, both the Student Producer
and HPC retain the rights for promotional purposes or for use in a professional portfolio.

INDEMNIFICATION Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Student Photographer and
Hempfield School District from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities and expenses,
arising out of the breach of any obligation, warranty or representation in this Agreement. Client shall
indemnify Student Producer against all claims and expenses arising from uses for which the client does
not have rights to or authority to use. The client will be responsible for payment of any special licensing
or royalty fees resulting from the unauthorized use of graphics, music, video, film, photography, design,
animation, and branded content.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND MODIFICATION This Agreement and any Addenda attached hereto
shall constitute the entire agreement between Student Photorapher and Client. Any amendment hereto
must be in writing and signed by each party.
