CONFIDENTLY BEAUTIFUL ARMY WOMAN WITH A HEART

The notion that the basic clich principles that govern practice which includes
implicit rules of success are closely aligned with an ideal masculine interest, attributes
and of power, is a hard sell, especially with the past generations, whether men or
woman, rich or poor. People, understandably, are resistant for a change of system of
which Women of today demonstrates competence and having been successful
demonstrating it and get applauded. Despite other people had a hard time accepting
these realities of positive change in this fast paced world, Empowered woman still
continue to inspire, motivate, and hold the unimagined strength from within and out to
operate the power and structure that they believe only man can.

Today, in our brand new time and age, the position of the Filipino woman even
in the Armed Forces of the Philippines, particularly in the Army is very relevant, for the
effort of defending our country is not just the obligation of men, but its the effort of every
Filipino citizen for the development of our country helping the Philippine Army in
protecting the people and securing the land towards peace and unity and social and
economic stability, progress and prosperity as a whole, and to provide our county with
adequate defense system.

An eminent of which is 2LT Arrianne Bichara, of the 62 nd Infantry (Unifier)


Battalion, which upholds the strength, power and intelligence that one must endowed in
order to be an officer of the Philippine Army. She doesnt possesses the ideal military
values but she also naturally has the divine beauty that every woman envy; A Venus
shall I say, but pushes her limits and exude power to serve our country. She is a nurse
by profession and worked in a re-known hospital in Manila The AFP acknowledges the
demand to utilize woman who are now equally capable of those with the men and even
surpassing them, just like 2LT Bichara, who evidently showcased the clear
manifestation that woman of today are empowered and thus they have what it takes to
do the role of some thinks only men can, she inform and engage with key stakeholders
to attain the goal of the AFP to have a world class army; a source of national pride,
create and facilitate platforms to discuss good practices bridging the gaps , challenges
and commitments in pursuing gender and development and lastly inspire and empowers
women and girls to be an agent for change which are the main objectives of our
countries celebration of national womens month.
2LT Bichara, who is an evident of a confidently beautiful Army woman with a
heart, open the eyes and cleared out the mentality of many, that Philippine Army is only
fitted for men who has the strength and physical attributes to become one, but for her, it
takes the will power, passion, determination and faith to be on the position that she has
right now. Despite the job she has, she still believed that beauty shouldnt be taken for
granted, for it is very essential in facing the stakeholders, to be well groomed and
presentable, which is an additional factor of winning the hearts and mind of the people
they are serving with. With this, she truly drives in bringing positive change, enabling
her to meaningfully engage with other development stakeholders and fully implementing
the Magna Carta of Women.

Her heart doesnt falter even many people would tell her that she should be on a
job where her beauty fits, for her heart belongs not only for a certain job for other people
to be satisfied, but her heart is for the people of the republic of the Philippines she is
serving with.

In pursuits of the countrys economic, social, cultural and political development,


2LT Bicharas confident, beauty and heart is an exemplary woman who is capable of
bringing the positive change and compassion to every women in the country, She is
indeed a light to every single person who has a dimmed impression about woman, a
torch that enlightens clich and old perception and remarkably echoes to everyone the
theme of National Womans Celebration: We Change Work For Woman.
