For each of the above 7 types of lipids, you need to know:

1) Basic structure (components, )
For example: TG is composed of glycerol and fatty acids
2) Properties (amphipathic or not amphipathic)
3) Functions

Please read Chapter 10 carefully and take notes () on

important subjects with particular focuses on the main points that I
list above as learning objectives. Turn in your notes on the first
day of school in September.
