IMOBSTI Users Manual (Proware)

Announcements This will notify all of students that have the IMOBSTI android
application.

How to add announcement?

o Go to the Announcements Tab.

o Click the lower right button.

o Fill up the required fields: Title, Description, Expiration. Image is

Optional.

 o Then click Add.

Update/Edit Announcement
(You can only update announcements that youve been posted)

o Click the Edit/Update Button of an Announcement.

o Update the information then click the Update Button.

Proware Holds all of the Proware Items Information

Add Proware Item

o Click the Add Button.

o Fill up the Fields:

Item Code Proware Item Code.
Name Proware Name.
Cost How much the order cost.
Price How much will the price of the item.
Quantity How many stocks do the item has.
Proware Group Group the items if the item has other
variants/sizes. Leave it No Group if it doesnt have.
Gender For what gender the item will be.
Type Sizeable if the item will be measurable (process for
online fitting), OR not sizeable if not.
Item Category Proware Category
Item Courses What student course(s) will the item be
available.
