GROUP GOALS

1. Communication
Mars Cars will ensure communication between team members is more frequent, effective and accessible during the Mars Lander Project,
using communication methods such as email, Facebook messenger and text, to discuss aspects of the assessments when face to face
communication is not possible. This will allow for more frequent communication between the group when not in group meetings or weekly
progress meetings, and will allow for work to be completed sooner.
2. Time Management
By the submission of the design package, Mars Cars will develop an overall plan for the project that tracks the requirements of the project
assessments and client brief as well as group progress. Time management will be achieved by completing the GANTT chart for the design
package which will indicate assessments, other obligations and deadlines. The chart will be monitored and maintained weekly to ensure it is
kept up to date and accurate.
3. Contribution
During group meetings and weekly progress meetings, Mars Cars will make sure each member of the team is contributing to the groups
discussion and the assessments by taking turns in group meetings to speak and express ideas and concerns. Each group member will also
offer feedback and their opinion in group meetings. The input of each member will be documented as well as their progress in assessments
monitored to ensure each member is doing their part.
