Un-Authorized Entry As a standard operating procedure,

coordinate to the area owner for the
possible isolation of the work area.
Mobilization and Lifting works Check lifting gear condition prior to use./
*use of boom truck keep safe distance during lifting activity./
*manual lifting Engage outrigger jack both sides at stable
ground prior to start lifting./install wheel
stopper when unit at halt./ Proper work
coordination between operator & signalman
during lifting activity.
Traffic hazard Assign authorized driver. Follow traffic rules
& regulation. Isolate work area.
Sharp edges, cuts and scrapes Proper use of PPE, use of rubberized palm
working gloves.
Exposed to extreme heat of sunlight Micro breaks. Prepare adequate of drinking
water readily available at site.
Manual handling/lifting Proper lifting procedure, assistance from
others. / Use appropriate lifting equipment.
Use of push carts for heavy loads.
Removal of existing life ring box/holder Isolate work area. Ensure all requirements
*use of cutting tool/ grinder for doing hot works met. Tools inspection
required.
Installation of new life ring station Ensure all requirements on doing hot works
*use of welding machine applied. Complete hot work permit.
*use of electric hand drill Do not run power cables on access area.
*use of portable grinder Check electrical tools condition before use.
