Stepwise-Procedure:

1. Design an encoder for the given generator matrix of a linear block code.
2. Implement the design on a bred board.
3. Observe the code words for all the inputs. Verify using encode function of MATLAB.
4. Design a circuit to evaluate the syndrome from the received codeword and hence the
decoder and implement it on bred board. Also generate syndrome table using syndtable
function of MATLAB.
5. Introduce one bit error in one codeword.
6. Evaluate the syndrome for it.
