Nurse: What sort of problem with your waterworks? (Present illness)

Nurse : I will add all this to your care plan and make sure that everyone knows to bring the
commode as soon as you ask (Giving information). Would you like a supply of towels
and disposal bags to keep in the locker? (Offering Self)
Nurse : When your angina has settled down and you are feeling better I will arrange for the
continence nurse specialist to come to see you. She is the expert and will be able to do
a full assessment and suggest ways of improving the situation. (Summarizing and
