Development Notes:
1 This workbook contains and uses VBA macros.
2 This workbook was built on EXCEL 2002 SP-3 with the V7 compatibility fix installed.
A. If you are a user of EXCEL 2007 or later you may take the following actions to convert the spreadsheet
to your version of EXCEL:
1. Open the file in your version of EXCEL and then use "SAVE AS" to save it with the ".XLSM" file suffix.
2. Close Excel
3. Open the .XLSM version of this file.
B. If you are still using EXCEL 2002 you can use this workbook as is.

In previous versions, adding/changing data was problematic because the formulas were coded in the same rows
