Dedicated graphics cards

Dedicated graphic cards have their own RAM ,i.e. only graphic card can use that
RAM. That RAM is not available for CPU use. It means that it is dedicated to gra
phic card use only. CPU cannot access that dedicated RAM.
Eg. PALIT NVIDIA GT 730 4GB DDR3 or ZOTAC GeForce GT 730 4GB

Integrated graphic cards

Integrated are embedded on the motherboard as part of the chipset, or within the
same semiconductor die as CPU.
They utilize a portion of a computer's inbuilt RAM rather than a dedicated RAM.
Eg. AMD APU or Intel HD Graphics
Some integrated graphic cads use sideport memory which is a part of system s RAM
dedicated to the of integrated graphic card.
Integrated graphics processors such as AMD Accelerated Processing Unit and Intel
HD Graphics are capable of handling 2D graphics or low stress 3D graphics.
Eg, Intel HD Graphics 3000 is not capable to play GTA 5.

As a GPU performs memory intensive tasks so integrated graphic card find itself
competing for system s RAM.
