RUSSIAN RAILROADS (with Expansion)

SET-UP:
- Starting Set-up: For each #, put as many engines as there are player in the supply
- Take out 2 of the objective cards
- Reveal these numbers of engineers, and give players these resources
Mode Basic/Germany Coal
Solo 3A/3B; 6W, 5$ 2A/3B; 6W, 6$, 1C
2 players 3A/3B; 6W, 2$ 2A/3B; 6W, 3$, 1C
3 players 3A/3B; 6W, 1$ 2A/3B; 6W, 2$, 1C
4 players 3A/4B; 5W, 1$ 3A/3B; 5W, 2$, 1C
A/B = Engineers, W = Workers, $ = money, C = Coal
- There cannot be 2 Engineers with the same number
- From last player to 2nd (not 1st) draft a starting bonus
- Solo: The 2$ action is never available
- Extra (?) tokens: To use this, give 1 dbl-? to each player, which they can discard to get one of the extra
tokens. These tokens are available to everyone, first come, first served

ACTIONS:
- Activate a space: Place as many workers/money as needed to activate, then gain bonus
o Taking an Engine/Factory: must take lowest number first
Engines: Can replace an Engine with a lower #, and then place the replaced Engine
Chain replacements: Do not need to stop at lowest; must have 4 to discard one
Factories: Can choose to take a discarded Engine instead of lower number
Factory slots must be filled in order; if you already have 5, can replace
- Activating a Coal-space or an Income token is a Free Action, but cannot be done after passing
- Foundry: Must be acquired before used; when used, may decide to transform them in a boiler instantly
- Boilers: Either +1 to locomotive or +1 to Factory (gives +1 of whatever it gives)

END OF ROUND SCORING: VPs for each track, up to what your engine reaches, plus industry track
- A color reaches back through all empty spaces
- Do not forget bonus points from Kiev/Nrnberg tracks; they stack (not only highest)

END OF GAME SCORING:


- 40/20/0/0 for Engineer Majority (Tie-breaker: highest Engineer #)
- End Bonus cards
- No tie-breaker

OFTEN FORGOTTEN:
- A player can only take a public action (on board) they can use fully
- Points are given for passing, based on turn order
- After everybody passes, workers on Turn order spots are placed on single-worker spots (2nd, then 1st)
- For the last turn, the Turn order spots are replaced with the +3 Industry space (except for solo games)
- You may not place a worker under your current position on the turn order track, EXCEPT in a 2P game
- Adding a Boiler to a VP Factory makes it give you only +1 VP
- Each Engine and Factory can only have 1 Boiler attached to it
