Description intarire amidica si fosfat de zinc ca pigment anticoroziv. Aderenta excelenta pe diverse
suporturi; rezistenta excelenta la ceata salina (1000 ore) si la factori de mediu agresiv; sudabilitate
buna; nu influenteaza viteza de debitare cu flacara si plasma; timpi de uscare / reacoperire redusi;
rezistenta buna la temperaturi ridicate de lucru (maxim 120C); rezistenta buna la variatii de
temperatura; rezistenta buna la produse petroliere, solutie salina 28 %, solutii alcaline, apa si
umiditate ridicata, usor de reacoperit.
GSP 3200 products are two-component shopprimers based on epoxy resins with amide curing and
zinc phosphate as anticorrosive pigment. Excellent adherence to different substrates; excellent
resistance to neutral salt spray (1000 hours) and aggressive environment factors; good weldability; it
does not influence the cutting off speed with flame and plasma; low drying / re-coating time; good
resistance to high work temperature (maximum 120C); good resistance to temperature variations;
good resistance to petroleum products, 28% salt solutions, alkaline solutions, water and high
humidity; easy to re-coat.
Utilizare Produsele GSP 3200 se utilizeaza pentru protectia anticoroziva a subansamblelor din otel,
Recommended use sablate, in perioada de depozitare, transport si constructie (pe o durata de maxim 6 luni),
care urmeaza a fi prelucrate prin debitare si sudare.
GSP 3200 products are used for the anticorrosive protection of blasted steel subsystems during
storage, transport and building (6 months maximum), which are to be processed by cutting off and
welding.
Certificate Produsul GSP 3273 este certificat de Germanischer Lloyd (Nr.: 30522- 99 En /
Certificates 19.04.1999) ca shopprimer sudabil.
Produsele GSP 3200 au agrement tehnic Nr.: 001- 04 /719 -2002 elaborat de INCERC
Bucuresti si emis de Comisia de Agrement Tehnic in Constructii a MLPAT - Bucuresti.
Produsele seria GSP 3200 sunt certificate de Germanischer Lloyd (Nr : 47 601-03HH) ca
materiale de propagare lenta a flacarii.
GSP 3273 product is approved as a welding shopprimer by Germanischer Lloyd (No.: 30522- 99 En/
19.04.1999.
GSP products are technical agreement No.: 001- 04/ 719 - 2002, drawn up by INCERC - Bucharest,
issued by the Technical Agreement Committee in Construction of MLPAT - Bucharest.
GSP products are approved as low flame spread materials by Germanischer Lloyd
(No 47 601-03 HH).

CONDITII DE Produsele GSP 3200 se vor aplica pe suprafete curate si uscate, ce vor avea temperaturi
APLICARE peste temperatura punctului de roua pentru evitarea condensarii umiditatii pe suport.
APPLICATION Umiditatea relativa va fi de max. 70%. Aplicarea decurge in conditii optime daca se
CONDITIONS asigura o temperatura a mediului ambiant si a amestecului de 10 - 30C.Temperatura
maxima a suprafetei trebuie sa fie de aproximativ 45C.
GSP 3200 products should be applied only on dry and clean surfaces with temperatures above the
dew point temperature, in order to avoid condensation. The relative humidity should be of max. 70%.
Application is made under optimal conditions if is ensured a temperature of the ambient environment
and mixture of 10 - 30C. The maximum temperature of the surface should be of approx. 45C.
Observatie Produsele GSP 3200 sunt destinate acoperirilor profesionale.
Remark
GSP 3200 products are destined to professional uses.

REACOPERIRE Fara interval maxim de reacoperire pentru aderenta, dar este dictat de craparea si
RE-COATING deteriorarea treptata in timpul expunerii si fabricarii.
No maximum re-coating interval for adherence, but is dictated by gradual cracks and damage during
exposure and fabrication.
Observatii Inainte de reacoperire, dupa expunerea in medii contaminate, suprafetele vor fi bine
Remarks curatate prin spalare cu jet de apa la presiune ridicata, urmata de uscare. Daca este
cazul, se va proceda la o asperizare a suprafetei pentru a se asigura o buna aderenta
pentru straturile urmatoare.
Asigurarea unei bune aderente, precum si bune proprietati mecanice implica asigurarea
urmatoarelor:
-shopprimerul trebuie aplicat intr-o grosime de strat uscat in jurul valorii de 20 m;
-stratul obtinut trebuie sa fie uniform, de buna calitate si fara urme de pulverizare uscata;
-conditiile de uscare si intarire vor fi conform celor specificate la punctul CONDITII DE
APLICARE pana la intarirea completa;
-suprafetele TREBUIE sa fie perfect curate inaintea reacoperirii.
Before re-coating, after exposure in contaminated environment, clean the surface thoroughly by
(high pressure) fresh water jetting and let it dry. If is necessary, roughening of the surface is
requisite to ensure good intercoat adhesion to following coats.

For reaching the maximum re-coating intervals, ensuring a good adherence as well as good
mechanical properties the following conditions should be ensured:
-the shopprimer has a dry film thickness as near as possible to the20 m;
-the film formed is uniform qualitative and "dry spray-free";
-the drying and curing conditions are according to the APPLICATION CONDITIONS until full cure is
obtained;
-the surfaces MUST be completely clean before re-coating.
SECURITATEA MUNCII Toate operatiile de manipulare, transport, depozitare, utilizare se vor realiza respectand cu
WORK SAFETY strictete normele de prevenire a incendiilor, normele de protectia muncii si igiena sanitara.
Se interzice: prezenta oricaror surse de foc, vopsirea in spatii fara o ventilatie
corespunzatoare, contactul direct al pielii cu produsul respectiv, inhalarea prelungita a
vaporilor, ingerarea produsului.
All the operations of handling, transport, storage and use should be accomplished in strict
compliance with the fire prevention, safety and health norms. The presence of any fire source,
painting in areas without adequate ventilation, direct contact of skin with the respective product,
prolonged inhalation of vapors and ingestion of the product, should be forbidden.
NOTA Toate aceste date au caracter general privind performantele si utilizarea produsului, de
