11.Details and Results of Inspection:
11.1 REVIEW MTC
TR inspector reviewed the mill certificate for materials of steam piping; verification that this
MTC is in line with 3.1 certificate of EN-10204:2004;verified chemical components,
mechanical property and satisfactory.
Also checked the piping quality, Heat Lot No. , product No., dimension, quantity etc.Details
as below table

11.2 verified the repaired result

FB2-L-002 (15JZ-37-1): Last time found diameter of anchor hole should be 44mm as per
the drawings, but actual value42mm.
Manufacturer was repaired and final result value is 44mm-45mm and two hole are
concentricity, can acceptable.

11.3 confirm the with comment point

FB2-L-002(15JZ-35-1): Last report state than C content could not be checked by XRF PMI
detector, advanced PMI detector is required for Grade 316L.
According to the client approval document of V-020700114-J093-FB2-L-001-0033-B-PMI
Procedure Grade 316L not need test C content, only require to test CrNi and Mo content
and the require range are Cr:14.4-19.8; Ni:9.0-15.4; Mo:1.8-3.3.
The Grade 316L of CrNi and Mo content within the range of requirement so can closed
this Log.
