11.Details and Results of Inspection:
11.1 Dimension inspection
Inspection the angle stamp mark for every piping, and satisfactory.
Checked the roundness of FS-B02,FS- B03 and FS- B04 before pickling, outside diameter
of piping is 457.2mm, out of roundness should be not more than 4.5mm as per ASME
UG-80, actual value as below:

according to standard of ASME UG-80 the ovality 2mm can acceptable.
11.2 visual inspection
FB2-L-001(15JZ-32-1)Random monitored welding of shell plate and cone for part No 8 and
part No 9 , base material SA516.Gr60, welding consumable is EH14+CHF101, before
welding check the welding area polished and free from dirt thing, and Welding current:
523A, these were in according with B2 per WPS14-08.
11.3 Dimension inspection
Carry out dimension inspection for derrick structure and found one ladders door can not
totaly open as it interfere with another ladder.
The manufacturer stated that they would like to revise the drawing and issue them to client
for approve.
