Feb: RT done; 04 Feb: Coating and Wrapping done. 26 Feb. extra wrap
installed over the line and holiday test done. Backfilling completed on

13th August: Foam line leaked near fire pump shelter.15th August: 11-Sep-15 Completed
Manual excavation started. 16th August: excavation ongoing. 19th
August: leak point identified. 20th August: 0.66m spool cut for
replacement. 21st August: spool welding done. PT DONE; LINED UP. 03
sep: painting and wrapping done. 05th sep: backfilling done.
13th August: Fire line leaked at fire pump shelter near WH23. 15th
August: Manual excavation started.16th August: excavation ongoing. 11-Sep-15 Completed
17th August: two holes identified on 12" foam line. 19th August: 1m
spool cut for replacement. 20th August: spool welding done. PT DONE;
LINED UP. 04th sep: painting, wrapping, holiday testing done. 05th
sep: backfilling done.
14th August: Fire line leaked at south west AT farm. 16th August:
Manual excavation started. 5th August: excavation ongoing. Leak 11-Sep-15 Completed
point located. 17th August: two defects identified, crack and pinhole.
18th August: 2m spool cut and welding ongoing. PCH Corrosion does
not accept welding procedure followed by contractor. 19th August:
welded spool cut and new spool welding complete. PT DONE; LINED
UP. 05th sep: painting, wrapping, holiday testing done. 06th sep
backfilling done.
22nd August: water and oil leak detected by operation. PMC informed 11-Sep-15 Completed
due to warranty. 24th August: excavation started; 27th Aug: welding
completed; 29th Aug: RT/PT completed; 30th Aug: Painting and
Wrapping completed; 11 sep: backfilling done
19 Sep: CPF1 facility supervisor informed that there is a 4" Riserof
WH1 at south west of T12130B; 20 sep: Manual excavation started. 21 25-Sep-15 Completed
sep: Leak point found. Corrosion found in 4" riser pipe due to
mechanical damage. 22 sep: 4" Riser pipe replaced. welding
comp0leted. Root run and final capping DP check done. 23 sep:
Painting, wrapping and holiday testing done. 25 sep: Backfilling
completed
24h Oct: CPF1 facility supervisor informed that there is a Suspected
Fire system leak near WH3. 25th Oct: Manual excavation done; 12" 5-Nov-15 Completed
Foam Hydrant line identified with leak point/wooden plugged near
WH3. 26th 28th oct: Further excavation done to have welding access;
29th Oct: Preparation for welding in progress; 02 Nov: 1m pipe spool
replaced by Welding; DP check done; 03rd Nov: Painting, wrapping and
holiday testing completed; 05th Nov: Backfilling completed;

27th Mar.: CPF1 Facility Supv. Reported water leak east to HPS export
pumps. Area investigated and inform Optn to relocate T-wall prior
excavation. 29th Mar.: T-wall removed. 30th Mar.: Manual excavation
started. Water leaked excessively. Optn isolated the line. 31st Mar.:
leak point located and plugged. excavation is in progress. 2nd Apr.:
excavation complete. nearby 12" foam line and FH-07 exposed for
inspection. 3rd Apr.: CPP complete patch welding over leak point. PT
revealed weld defect. Repair for defect done. PT for repair failed. 4th 12 April 2016 Completed
Apr.: repair for weld defect don and PT ok. Paintng done. 5th Apr.:
wrapping on 16" fire line done. Patch plate welded over pitting on 12"
foam line (4mm depth). PT ok. 6th Apr.: painting for 12" foam line
done. 7th Apr.: wrapping for 12" foam line done Holiday test ok. 8th
Apr.: manual backfilling started. 10th Apr.: hydrant valve on FH-07
wrapped with epoxy tape. 11th Apr.: backfilling continued. 12th Apr.:
backfilling complete

8th Apr.: CPF1 Optn reported water leak at WH-04 north to AT T-

12130A. Corrosion investigated and confirmed leak. 9th Apr.:
9 8-Apr-16 16" Fire Hydrant line leak at WH4 Inspection Report AT Pipe leak observed excavation started. 11th Apr.: excavation is ongoing. 13th Apr.: In Progress In Progress
hydrant vlave exposed and leak is thru factory made holes on valve,
NOT CORROSION FAILURE. excavation will continue to unveil t-joints.

22nd Apr.: CPF1 Supdt emailed water leakage on 12" foam line at
10 22-Apr-16 Fire System RCFA-2016-AT-COR-TBA AT Pipe leak observed 25-Apr Completed
WH-08. confirmed no leak.

24th Apr.: CPF1 Supdt informed water leakage on 16" waterline at WH-
03. 01st May: Manual excavation started. The leak point was found;
11 24-Apr-16 16" Fire Hydrant line leak at WH3 RCFA-2016-AT-COR-002 AT Pipe leak observed Line isolated; Wooden plugged. 02nd May: 200x250 Patch Plate 05th May 2016 Completed
welded by CPP; DP check done; 03rd May: Painting done; 04th May:
Wrapping done; 05th May: Backfilling done.

29th June: Corrosion detected water leaking south west AT farm. 1st
12 29-Jun-16 Fire system leaked RCFA-2016-AT-COR-TBA AT Pipe leak observed July: manual excavation started. Optn isolated and depressurized In Progress In Progress
