To Whom It May Concern,

I am pleased to write this narrative review for Angeline Jones and attest to her promise as a
current and future higher education professional. As our academic careers at Loyola University
come to a close, I can truly say it has been a pleasure and inspiration to watch her grow and an
honor to navigate our last two years alongside each other.

Prior to enrollment into Loyolas program, we did not know each other. I didnt know anyone for
that matter, however, I learned that Angeline and I had one commonality. Angeline and I were
alumnae of the same womens fraternity in our undergraduate careers. I sought out Angeline in
hopes that our one commonality of fraternal values would create a foundation for a relationship. I
was not only met with the same core values but the same passion for student growth,
development and leadership.

Angelines commitment and passion for student growth and development is most apparent in her
work that she does with her students as an Academic Advisor. The values that we bonded over
are values that are made apparent in her daily work. As an Academic Advisor Angeline meets
with undergraduate students and is attune to her students needs and aides them with support
services and career planning. Angeline also cultivates growth and development within the Office
of Student Involvement at DePaul University. Angelines experience, leadership, and dedication
is truly a testament to how student leaders are developed. Angeline advises the Panhellenic
Executive Council at DePaul University and works heavily within Greek Life. As a woman who
shares the same Alpha Gamma Delta Purpose with her, it is privilege and honor to see her
inspiring and impacting women to be better versions of themselves.

Angeline has also been instrumental in helping create an evaluation program for The Blueprint
Program which I am the coordinator of. This program is a college access program that focuses on
creating postsecondary access and attainment for marginalized students. Angeline was not only
extremely willing to be a part of this evaluation program, but brought new insight and
perspective about what marginalized students need as first year undergraduates. Her contribution
to the evaluation was integral to the implementation of our evaluation.

I can say with utmost confidence that Angeline is, and will continue to be, a respected and
promising higher education professional. I am proud to call her my colleague and grateful for her
contributions to higher education.
