Dean, Arellano University School of Law
Taft Avenue corner Menlo Street
Pasay City

Dear Sir:

Greetings!

I am a candidate for the 2017 graduation. I would like to inform your good
office that to date, I still have THREE (3) subjects with unavailable grades, namely:

Civil Procedure under Atty. Eleazar (2013)

Intellectual Property Law under Atty. Badiola (2014)
Apprenticeship under Atty. Parungo

I have taken the necessary examinations, submitted the required papers and
documents and exhausted all means to reach out to my professors as well. In fact, I
also wrote a letter coursed thru your office to prop up my request.

Thus, I was informed by the Registrars Office that the grades for the
aforementioned subjects are required to be completed; otherwise, my name will not
be included on the list of candidates for graduation to be submitted by the
Registrars Office to the Legal Education Board (LEB).

In line with this, I would like to ask for your assistance/ intervention in order
to effectively coordinate with the said professors to require them to encode grades.

Also, I would like to request your good office to consider my name in the list
of candidates for graduation in the event that the grades on said subjects would still
be unavailable on the date of submission of the list to the LEB.

I am looking forward to your affirmative rejoinder. Thank you.

Respectfully,

LESLEY ANN C. WONG

Dear Sir:

Greetings of peace!

I am a candidate for 2017 graduation. As much as I do not want to take

much of your time and personally approach you on this, I made several inquiries on
our grades through our class beadle then (Jasmine Baac).

Thus, I would like to request for your generous consideration in encoding my

grade in Civil Procedure taken during the second semester of AY 2012 2013.
This is in line with the mandate of the Office of the Dean informing the graduating
students to make a follow up with their professors in accord with their subjects with
unavailable grades. Otherwise, our names will not be included on the final list our
graduating students.

Your affirmative rejoinder will be very much appreciated! Thank you.

Respectfully yours,

LESLEY ANN C. WONG

Dear Sir:

Greetings of peace!

I am a candidate for 2017 graduation. As much as I do not want to

take much of your time and personally approach you on this, I was left with no
recourse but to do so by virtue of the mandate of the Office of the Dean informing
the graduating students to make a follow up with their professors in accord with
their subjects with unavailable grades. Otherwise, our names will not be included on
the final list our graduating students.

Thus, I would like to request for your generous consideration in encoding my

grade in Apprenticeship since I have submitted all the necessary documents for
the said course.

Your affirmative rejoinder will be very much appreciated! Thank you.
