March 2nd, 2017

Hello,

We are students in the Corporate Communications and Public Relations

program at Centennial College.

On March 22nd, we are hosting an industry panel for public relations and
journalism students, alumni and faculty. All proceeds of the event will go
towards a scholarship at the college.

The purpose of the panel is to help young professionals navigate their

careers in consideration of current issues and trends in the communications
field. Panelists will include Senior Reporter at the National Post Tom
Blackwell, Project Manager at Veritas Communications Ashley Therriault.
Freelance Writer and Buzzfeed News Reporter Jane Lytvynenko and Managing
Director at energi PR Mark Nusca. We are dedicated to creating a beneficial,
relevant and informative experience for our attendees. Our attendance
expectancy is of 80 people.

As students organizing the event, our success relies on the generosity of

sponsors and benefactors. Following the panel will be a professional
networking event with hors d'oeuvre and drinks. For that reason, we are
accepting in-kind catering and beverage sponsorship in addition to monetary
sponsorship for event planning costs.

Attached, we have included the different levels of sponsorship. As an

important partner, we are committed to using the event as a platform to
bring awareness and exposure to your business.

We appreciate your time and consideration. Should you have any further
questions, comments or concerns, please feel free to contact our
Sponsorship Coordinator.

Thank you in advance!

Respectfully,

Ana Fernandes
