Description 1. To implement NIGHT time DCT routing in Finland FIR/UIR for all

2. Intermediate waypoints can be filed by the operator if required.
3. Scenario will be available from MON to SUN time 21.00 - 03.30
UTC.
4. Tactical rerouting provided to avoid active MIL airspace (potential D
area activity). Scenario to be suspended during large scale MIL
exercises extending to the timeframe of availability.
Objective To further improve the ATS route network while providing user preferred
trajectories during periods of low traffic demand.
