Development Area
I will be more organized on holding team meetings by summarizing the key discussion topic before
every meeting in order to stay focused on all the important points during the meeting, as to prevent
the discussion from going out of topic. In addition, I will be paying full attention during the meetings
to ensure that I am aligned with team members objectives.

Jeremiah Samson Focus I will motivate the team members by giving them feedback for the good work they have done in
Chin order to improve the teams spirit towards the success.

Yeow Peck Kah Standards I will give comments to the team members after every meeting, listing down area for improvements
to ensure performance standards is met. This will lead the team to the right path to success.

Nicholas Su Kwong Focus I will provide suggestions to the topics discussed during the previous meetings by analyzing area of
Howe improvements via reference books, magazines or Internet prior to the upcoming meetings to keep
the team members focused on the goals that was set.

Kong Khiang Chung Focus I will make sure that the team is fully aware of what they should do every week by reminding them
of the goals; I will also discuss my project ideas with my team to ensure the completion of the
prototype or project.

Lim Jian Wei Standards I will test the quality of our product beyond the scope that is needed, for reliability; I will make sure
that our product will be reviewed by subject matter experts to evaluate the standard and meeting
the clients expectations.
