In accordance with provisions in the law 34/2002, of 11 July, of Services of the Information
Society and Electronic Commerce, in the law 56/2007 of 28 December on measures of
momentum of society of the information and other legal standards, is put in the users of the
portal of the International Festival of the independent cinema of Elche (in later FICIE) which is
accessed via the address www.festivalcineelx.es, the following general information:

1 - This website has been created and is maintained at the behest of the Fundacin Caja
Mediterrneo (hereinafter Organization). This entity is its rightful owner.

2- The Foundation is an institution subject to the supervision of the Bank of Spain; character
and social benefit purposes and whose primary function is to create, maintain, manage and
auxiliary works charitable, social and cultural. Its registered address is as follows:

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

In compliance with the provisions of the organic law 15/1999, of 13 December, of protection
of data of a Personal nature, Foundation Caja Mediterrneo (hereinafter referred to as the
Organization) informs users of this Web site the following:

1. The data provided by the users by sending the registration form in order to register as a
registered user of the portal of the surface, which is accessed through the main address
www.festivalcineelx.es, will be processed automatically and incorporated into the
corresponding file that is Caja Mediterrneo Foundation with registered address at Dr. Gadea
Avenue, 1. Zip Code: 03003 Alicante (Spain).

2. Users shall guarantee the veracity, accuracy, authenticity and validity of the personal data
provided by means of the registration form. In this sense, will be users obligation to maintain
updated data that correspond to the reality in every moment.

3. By providing personal data by sending the registration form, users declare to accept fully
and without reservations the incorporation of the data to the files of the Foundation and their
automated treatment, in the terms stipulated in the present document.

4. The recorded data will be used exclusively in order to manage the present edition of the
surface under the terms described in the Rules of the Festival. They will be duly cancelled by
the end of the Closing Ceremony of this edition.

5. The Organization is committed to not collect unnecessary information about its users, to
treat the personal information to provide you with extreme diligence, and to fulfill the
obligation to maintain confidentiality regarding the data provided by users in any phase of
treatment.

The Organization also undertakes to adopt technical and organisational measures legally
required, to prevent the loss, alteration, or unauthorized access at all times implemented to
this end all the means and technical reach systems, taking into account the State of
technology, nature of the data stored and the risks are exposed already come from human
action or the physical or natural environment.

This, however, users should be aware that Internet security measures are not impregnable.

7. The Organization reserves the right to modify at any time its policy of treatment and

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR MANDATORY READING

1. The Author/Productor/Distributor of the works submitted for the contest declares that
these are his authorship, direction and production and that, being original, they are free from
claims of third parties.

2. Without prejudice to the use and marketing that the Author/Productor/Distributor of the
award-winning work, the Organization shall be empowered to:

The right to the preservation of works in a digital archive in domains or websites of the Caja
Mediterrneo Foundation, the object can be viewed only by users during the period of the
Festival at any of its editions within the period of validity. Only those works that have been
marked will be displayed via online "in the open" by the Author/Productor/Distributor. Online
access to the works may be carried out from a place and at a time chosen, allowing only direct
visualization online (streaming). Once you have finished editing, all participating works, both

open and private, will be deleted and removed from the online support.

The limited rights of communication to the public of the winning works in order that Caja
Mediterrneo Foundation, through activities that organizes or collaborates, can perform many
screenings are necessary in order to make promotion of the winning entries. The projections
will serve to make dissemination of the short film and the Festival itself, provided it does not
affect distribution and possible commercialisation of the short film and always in contact with
the Author/Productor/Distributor.

The rights of reproduction of the winning works in order that it may be filed and the Caja
Mediterrneo Foundation can perform a special format cd, dvd, online or similar Edition in
which the work is included along with the rest of works submitted for the present or previous
editions of the Elche International Independent Film Festival , but always with the permission
of the Author/Productor/Distributor with the aim not to jeopardize its distribution and
marketing.

Despite having the organization these limited rights of reproduction, the

Author/Productor/Distributor of the winning entries, you can contact the Organization to
request the removal of any of his works, in the event that it is negotiating its marketing or
distribution.

Caja Mediterrneo Foundation supports the short film industry paying copyright in all
reproductions, whether during screenings of the official section or in other cycles are
organized.

LEGAL ARTICLES

1 - Object

Through the Web site www.festivalcineelx.es any user can view the work that they are
presented in competition in the present edition of the FICIE. Download of the works submitted
for the contest is not allowed. Only direct visualization online is consent.

Only those users who have given high as registered users can upload, vote and comment on
the works participating in this contest.

2. Conditions of Access and Use of the Web site

2.1 - Gratuitousness of access.

The use of this Web site is free.

2.2 - User Registration

Access to and use of this Website does not require prior registration or registration of users.

However, in accordance with the targeted in third paragraph of these general conditions, only
registered users can upload, vote and comment on the short films participating in the present
edition of the FICIE.

To proceed to register as a registered user, the following steps must be completed:

STEP 1: Fill in the registration form, which is available in the section "User registration" on the
Web.

STEP 2: Accept the "General Conditions of Use" of the portal and the "Policy of Protection of
Personal Data", which will be available at all times so that the user can refer to them.

STEP 3: Send "User Registration" form. Then, the user will receive an email with instructions to
validate the registration effected.

Registered users agree to use passwords that select (user name and password) in accordance
with the following restrictions:

2.3 - Veracity of the information provided by the user

The user guarantees the veracity and authenticity of the information and data communicated
by sending the registration form to sign up as a registered user.

In this sense, will be user obligation to maintain up-to-date information and data releases, so
that correspond with the reality in every moment.

Any false or inaccurate manifestations that occur as a result of the information and data
expressed as well as the damages that such information could be the user's responsibility.

The Organization will give such data the corresponding automated treatment according to
their nature or purpose, in the conditions and terms set forth in the section of "Policy of
Protection of Personal Data".

2.4 - Obligation to correct use of services and contents

2.4.1 - The user assumes the obligation to make proper use of the services and contents that
make up the present website in accordance with the General Conditions of Use applicable,
laws, morals, public order and good customs generally accepted.

2.4.2 - Unless prior and express authorization of the Organization, users may only use their
contents and services for own and personal use and, therefore, refrain from doing any act
which, directly or indirectly, suppose a commercial exploitation of them.

2.4.3 - In any case, users will use the contents and services provided by this website in
accordance with the current laws, especially copyright, and assume the responsibilities that
may incur for conduct or activities which, in any form, may be illicit or prejudicial to the rights

submit their works to the contest in the current edition of the FICIE.

2.4.5 - In particular, and to merely indicative and not exhaustive, users undertake not to

Website works, videos, messages, images, photographs, software, data, contents or comments
that:

in any way contravene or violate fundamental rights recognized by the legal system.

discriminatory on grounds of sex, race, religion or ideology, or, in general, contrary to
law, morality or public order.

are false, ambiguous, inaccurate, exaggerated, obscene or untimely.

parties or infringe the rules on secrecy or confidentiality of communications.

Where relevant situations previously mentioned at this point, users assume all liability that
may incur to third parties arising from the performance of them, exonerating the Foundation
of any responsibility in that regard.

2.5 - Access Restrictions

The Organization reserves the right to deny access to this Web site to those users who fail to
comply with the General Conditions of Use in force, and this without prior notice or
justification.

3 - Industrial and Intellectual Property

3.1 - Industrial Property

The distinctive emblems (graphics and words) appearing on this Website, notably the logo
mark Caja Mediterrneo Foundation are exclusive property of the Foundation. Consequently,
their use is prohibited in the trade by third parties that do not have proper authorization.

The presence on this site of distinctive signs of ownership outside the Foundation is always
carried out with the authorization of its legitimate owners, with due regard to their exclusive
rights.

3.2 - Domain names

The www.festivalcineelx.es domain name will be accessible from other domains graduates by
the organization. Improper use in the course of trade would be an infringement of the rights
conferred by registration and it will be pursued by the relevant legal means.

3.3 - Copyright of the website www.festivalcineelx.es

3.3.1 - Content, text, photographs, designs, logos, images, sounds, videos, animations,
recordings, computer programs, source codes and, in general, any intellectual creation existing
in this website as well as the Site as a whole as artistic media, work are protected as copyright
by intellectual property legislation.

3.3.2 - In accordance with the above, correspond to the Organization of reproduction,
distribution, public communication and transformation, exclusive rights as well as any other
rights of a patrimonial nature, on the elements indicated in the preceding paragraph; and all
this without prejudice to the moral rights that correspond to their authors on authorship.

3.3.3 - With regard to the existing author rights on the works involved in the FICIE, it should be
emphasized that they are transferred partially in favour of the Foundation under the
conditions described in the Rules of the FICIE.

3.3.4 - They are beyond the scope of this section those files or computer programs in free
access (freeware) which, in his case, the user may find and download through the present Site
in order to provide access to their content. It is, in any case, applications that are in the public
domain by the express will of their authors.

3.4 Personal Use

The user is expressly authorized by the Organization to be displayed online (streaming) the
works presented in open in the present edition of the FICIE, as well as any others that may be
available, from the place and the timing. However, download is absolutely prohibited.

3.5 - Reservation of legal action

The use of the content or services on this Website do not imply or involves the granting of
license or authorization of use of any kind on its rights of intellectual or Industrial property or
any other right.

The user of this Website agrees to respect all the rights enunciated and to avoid any action
that could harm them, reserves in any case the Organization the exercise of many media and
legal action corresponding you in defense of their legitimate rights of intellectual and Industrial
property.

4.1.1 - On the website www.festivalcineelx.es the user can find various links that lead to
independent Web pages. Its sole purpose is the access to other sources of information on the
Internet related to the services and content offered. Their inclusion on this Web site is inspired
by respect for the rights of intellectual property and Industrial, where appropriate, may
correspond to legitimate their authors and owners.

4.1.2 - The Organization is not responsible for the content that is accessed under the
mentioned links, or modifications that are carried out in the same, or be made of the use of
those, or its technical availability.

However, the Organization undertakes to make possible to avoid the existence on the Web
site of links to illegal content sites that promote illegal activities of racist, xenophobic and, in
general, likely to infringe the principles of freedom and dignity human or violate the values and
rights recognised by the Spanish Constitution and in the Universal Declaration of human rights.

5 - Reviews

This Web site allows registered users to discuss their impressions on the tab of each work
submitted to the contest.

The Organization is not responsible for the content of such comments but shall endeavour at
all times to the correct use of the service, and shall ensure the utmost respect for the dignity
of persons and the freedom of expression protected by the Spanish Constitution, reserving the
right to refuse or to remove illegal content interventions in any case or considered drawbacks
without justification or explanation When I have actual knowledge thereof.

Users shall avoid any kind of manifestation, false, abusive, obscene, threatening or in any way
that infringes the legislation in force.

The Organization informs the users that, unless notice to the contrary, there is no "cookies"

7.2.2 - Virus: The Organization accepts no responsibility for any damages caused by computer
viruses, the absence of which is not guaranteed.

7.2.3 - Technical dysfunctions: The Organization is exempt from any liability arising from the
malfunctioning of the Site or from any services that originate in an accidental circumstance,
force majeure, necessary maintenance work or any other cause not attributable to the
Organization.

10 - Termination and Modification

Although, in principle, the duration of this Site is undetermined, the Organization reserves the
right to modify, suspend or terminate the provision of its services or contents, in whole or in
