Make Daily Plan ± Daily plan is very much important, though it is not always possible to
go as per plan. In my opinion one can plan for each working days and one can plan for
the holidays for their personnel work. Daily plan for the working day can be specific
work basis or can be keeping in mind the timings. An activity can be given a time frame
or duration. In other word or method activities can be decided for the particular day and
the actual planning start when you try to execute each of the activities. If we make a
tabular presentation for the daily plan then it can be divided in the 05 (five) columns, first
column would have serial number in order of the activity which is to be performed in the
chronological order, second may be description of the activities, third may be duration of
the activity, forth may be actual timings for the activity and fifth or last may be remarks
column which may be linked with the activities like references, support required,
accessories required, man, machine, material required. The most important thing in
making the daily plan is that your mind set up whether your mind set accepts the daily
plan or planning at all or not. Then it has great importance in making the daily plan
when one can taste the importance of making daily plan then he or she will gear up for
making the daily plan. Then what should be done to make understand the importance of
the daily plan is to have trust on the individual, guide them up to the extent which is self
encouraging having daily plan. In this context it is very much important to give
importance to individual. Individual does not mean persona specific, giving importance
to individual means giving importance to persons by the way of recognizing them,
through oral appreciation. Oral appreciation does not meaning that you are always
going and asking the things and appreciating the person. It may be through your vision,
your way of command and control structure. If you take a situation when you want that
your child do so, then what to do, to make understand the importance of the daily plan. I
presume that due to amount of work load of routine nature, child is to much engaged
with daily activities which of routine nature like he or she has to performed irrespective
of plan of the day, then it means relevance of the daily plan does not exists for the child
who is doing study. In my opinion this may be excuse for not making the daily plan,
even you are too much occupied with the routines then also it is very useful to have
daily plan, it is tool to think, to accomplice the larger goal, to be very open about your
plan, know the requirement for a particular goal, to know the hurdles of the specific goal,
to visualize the strength & potential attached with specific goal, it also reflects towards
your inner strength to see the situation and it can be tool to solve the complex problems
which requires meticulous planning , well thoughts.

‘ ecute the Daily Plan ± Execute the daily plan means, do the activities you have
planned for the day. It is not always possible to execute the daily plan up to the extent of
intent. There are certain activities which is possible to be accomplice on the same day
which is to put for the particular day. This means there are some activities which can not
be completed in single day

Make Deep thoughts for each activity- Whenever you plan for any activity; make a
deep thought, How to go ahead with the activities. Deep thought shall make you to
understand about pro and cons of each step involved with it. It will help in great way to
overcome with the obstacle if any which will be encountered during the course of
activity.

Be more realistic towards the approach- While planning for any activity, please give
importance to do only the realistic activities only, because unrealistic approach towards
the thought and activities shall not help you complete your task. It is very much
important during the course of execution of the plan, that you be realistic towards your
each and every step.

More focused approach ± During the course of execution of the plan, you must have
focused approach towards completion of task. This is very important to achieve the goal
and complete a task. If you are not focused towards your goal, it is most likely that you
may get a path which is no more near for achieving your goal.

Strategic Planning keep long term Goal- Strategic planning is required to plan a task
and achieve a goal. Nothing is possible without strategic planning. Strategic planning
means you to frame a picture in your mind that How you are going to approach towards
accomplishment of a task. For the bigger plan written strategic task / plan can be made
but for a small plan which has less duration, for that one have to keep in the mind , How
to go ahead and never ever think about going back to another situation. For longer task
which is going to task more time, strategic plan has to made which will decide about
success for your plan.

Make short term Plan ± Some time big plan can be executed very well if we make
shorter plan and execute one by one. In this way we will have less burden and we are
able to execute the plan with less burden and at the same time we are able to enjoy the
success for shorter plan. That gives us strength, courage as well as a spirit to be
positive about everything of life.
Make daily Plan to e ecute the long term Plan ± Oeoples generally do not give
importance to daily plan but it is very important tool to have which we have god gift mind
to think and to make & execute at the same time And also to enjoy the success of it.

Vision of the life ± Vision of life start with the things which you think to get accomplice
in your life span. Basically it has to do with the empowerment which takes place in your
mind when you are child and you decide that what would be the shape of society, nation
and social cultural activity. Final that becomes Vision of your life and tries to achieve
throughout your life. That is the way how you can visualize the situation and try to find
the solution. In this context it is always important that your vision is to achieve some
thing and you want to see some thing. Like I want to see the world like this where
everybody is happy, Orosperous and Healthy. If I want that, my birthplace should be a
world class place then I would like that everybody is prosperous, happy and doing the
work which is finally lifting the status of individual life style over there. This is vision
which I want to execute first and then what after that when the desire is accomplices,
and then you want to lift the status of whole region, then for the whole state and then
country and for the whole subcontinent and then world as whole. Vision is like a thought
which you want to see through eyes and dreaming about it. If it is in your hand to
accomplice then you try to achieve it through your visionary. Visionary are then peoples,
places, creature and environment which make true sense for your vision to get
accomplice. I want to say that visionary are the things which also being used to
measure the accomplishment of your vision. Now if you want to see that this thing
should be like that or this place should be like that or the peoples of this region should
be like that or you may see the things in the way to be accomplished. Like I want to see
that peoples should have love & respect for each other and peoples should have deep
sense of love for each other, should have understanding about the each other thoughts
and respect for that. The things which should be away from all these, are the thoughts
or any affinity of sex, gender, color or religion.

‘ ecutors for the Vision of the life ± We have to think about the executors for the
executing our vision of the life. Then think what is your vision of life, to be happy and to
make happy others at the same time to think about the broader prospectus of the life to
make happy your society, friends, your area, your community and whole human
community of this world. Then executors are your words which come first, which is
easiest things which can be done. To have a sweet words as far as possible, but it
happens that when you use sweet words then sweetness of the words spreads into
other minds and body which is like solution try to spill over whenever it finds a path.
Then it is very much important to plug the hole through it can spill over. Other organs of
the body are also important executors, but voice or word is most important. Eye, hand,
your expression mood and smiley are also important executors.
Hurdles to e ecute the Vision of Life ± Hurdles to execute the vision of life, is your
habit, your personnel ambitions, your ego, your selfish thoughts, your perceptions which
becomes incorrect with passage of time. To be open towards thought of others, to
understand other point of views and try to correct the path to suit others also a type
hurdle to accomplishing the task. It always better to make a balance in between
different conditions. Your minds should concentrate and concentration comes through
determination and hard push and wait for results, definitely your sincerity shall be
acknowledged after some time.

Vision of Life getting adjusted- In this competitive world it is always not possible that
you will be able to complete your task with hundred percent accuracy. Each time you
have to adjust with your vision and goal but you are not completely away from the goal.
In that way it gets adjusted and finally your vision seems to different from the original
thought.
