Support innovative and high quality clinical research by facilitating knowledge exchange and the standardization of best
practices. Develop research skills, leadership, teamwork, communication, and education. Actively perform clinical
research according to established procedures, to make accurate observations, record test results and to make
recommendations for new methods based upon outcome. Communicate and collaborate with other staff members and
coordinators to implement studies.
