10-07-17 Complaint by Michael Paul against California Administrative Office of the Courts
Hillary Clinton
Secretary of State
Via: UPR Office
UPR Office
United Nations
By email
Dear Secretary of State Clinton and UPR Office of the United Nations:
Please accept the messages below and the attached complaint in Paul v California Administrative
Office of the Courts (10-500520), as additional evidence of the widespread corruption of the California
justice system, which US government is refusing to address. Such alleged widespread corruption of
the courts was the center of the Human Rights Alert (NGO) April 2010 UPR report. However, the
evidence in the attached complaint was derived only recently.
Truly,
Human Rights Alert is dedicated to discovering, archiving, and disseminating evidence of Human
Rights violations by the justice systems of the State of California and the United States in Los Angeles
County, California, and beyond. Special emphasis is given to the unique role of computerized case

management systems in the precipitous deterioration of integrity of the justice system in the United
States.

Dear Mr Paul:
Please notice in the sites linked below complaints which I have filed
in recent weeks with US Attorney Office, Central District of California,
against Chief Justice Ronald George, the California Judicial Council,
judges, and clerks of the Superior Court of California, County of Los
Angeles - for public corruption and deprivation of rights. There are
more down the pipe.
Therefore, in April 2010, Human Rights Alert (NGO) filed report with
the United Nations, alleging widespread corruption of the courts in
California and beyond, and refusal of the US government to abide by
its duties and obligations pursuant to ratified international law - the
Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The report was filed as part
of the first ever - 2010 - review by the United Nations of Human
Rights in the United States.
Review session and a report by the United Nations are scheduled for
November 2010.
Truly,
