Spanish army has not activation by Corps, only by individual
units and command.
Guerrilla. Before the first turno, the Spanish player rolls a dice,
with the following results he can apply the guerrilla rule.
1: Delay; 2: Information; 3: No prisioners; 4: Counterstroke. 5
and 6: no effect.

Im not agree with most Napoleonic rules about the rating of regular infantry (only
the regular, not for militia and volunteers), so I have changed the value and I have
removed the special rule of rally to them.

If anyone wants to play with the units of the rules, downgrade the regular infantry.
