4 Confirm that the anchor bolt and threads are in satisfactory condition

5 Confirm that squabbling/roughening has been carried out for grouting work

6 Confirm that the Anchor Bolt pockets to receive grout are cleaned

7 Confirm that post-pour Survey Report of the foundation is accepted.

Confirm that surrounding area has been back filled and compacted to correct elevation

(verify compaction test reports)
Confirm that all Quality Records for foundation casting have been completed and

accepted by all parties and accepted
Confirm that all construction debris have been removed and the area around the

foundation is tidy.

11 Confirm that polyethylene sheet layer has laid above subgrade

Confirm that cover space is available as per specification
