ORDER:

The District Collector, Nizamabad has directed to form the Internal Complaints Committee in
Government Offices under the "Sexual Harassment of Women at work place ( Prevention, Prohibition
& Redressal) Act 2013" as per the guidelines issued by the Government vide reference 1s` cited.

In view of the above and in pursuance of the Orders issued by the Government the Internal
Complaints Committee is hereby constituted with the following staff members.

cited and convene meetings every quarter to discuss on the related issues and also if necessary to
submit the same issues to the Mandal Local Complaints Committee. The Member Convenor shall
maintain the records of Committee.
