After a chromatic line, I play B Dorian over the Bm7, but building it around an F#m arpeggio,
so it sounds almost like Im playing F# Aeolian (F# G# A B C# D E: same notes as B Dorian,
but different root note). Pat Martino does this sort of thing a lot. Over the E7b9, I used the
half/whole diminished scale (E F G Ab Bb B C# D) as an alternative to the Superlocrian. This
is a really cool-sounding scale. For the F7b9, I switched to F# Superlocrian (F# G A Bb C D
E).
