Project Title: Proper Body Mechanics

A. Project Abstract: (Refer to the detailed information located in the proposal/letter of intent)
I have always been interested in helping people and being helpful to people i don't know. I have been in the healthcare classes for 3 years and am interested in the
field. This is the reason i chose to pursue the healthcare field and working as a nurse practitioner in the ER is the route i chose. To be the best healthcare provider
you must practice proper body mechanics. When I lift a box of something I have to properly contort and move my body to prevent injury. When you prevent a
patient from falling you must use proper body mechanics to prevent injury to you and your patient. Proper body mechanics can prevent injury to health care
workers to ensure that they can continue to provide care to patients.I will include a slideshow with pictures and demonstration of proper body mechanics.

D. Project Justification:
The project is meant to reiterate the importance of proper body mechanics and the correct way to use them. Improper body mechanics can cause injury. The importance
of the subject will stretch me to make sure all bases are covered.

The product will be a demonstration of proper body mechanics that will include how to pick up a box without hurting oneself
