I was thrilled with the participation and engagement of our students at the BBQ
Creation Conference in Missoula last Friday. They represented you and
our school very well and learned a great deal about how the Bible ex-
plains science. We purchased a number of resources to help demon-
strate the Creation so if you are curious, we'd love to show you what we Friday Hot lunch
have. Thanks for partnering with us in this great adventure.

How do we measure a quality education? Homework? Reciting facts?

Grades? Recalling information? True knowledge is the goal and stand-
ardized testing is one of the tangible ways we can measure success in our
instruction. Tests don't show us all students know but it is helpful to guide
us in improving our instruction and curriculum. We will be testing the
lower school during May 8-12 and the upper school May 1-5 . Thanks in
advance for having your children get good rest, snacks and prepare to do
their best.

Blessings,
Christian Bumgarner

Lake Missoula Creation Conference Summary ~ Answers in Genesis held a conference on creation science at the University of Mon-
tana in Missoula. On Thursday, the upper school attended a session titled, The Ice Age: Only the Bible Can Explain It. Students learned how the
geologic and hydrologic activity surrounding the Genesis flood caused the great ice age. On Friday, the entire school attended sessions throughout the
day. This was a phenomenal learning experience, and many resources were purchased for MVCA's library. How true it is that God's world and His Word
both agree with each other! I am the Lord, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me? Jeremiah 32:27
