Wiley Publishing US/Canada/International Rollout

Project Description: Mr. Shathees was part of the IBM team (RTR Lead) that implemented SAP at
Wiley (Suite on Hana). His responsibilities include the delivery of solutions related to RTR processes
such as General ledger (New GL including extension of coding block fields and multiple ledgers),
Cost center accounting, Profit center accounting, Product costing, profitability analysis, GL interfaces
from legacy systems, T&E interface from concur, BPC integration and Payroll interface from ADP and
other payroll providers. Domestic rollout for Canada and USA went live in November 2015 and the
international rollout (UK, Germany, France, Belgium, Singapore, China, and Australia) is set to go live
in August 2016. Shathees was brought back into IBM due to his contributions at Viacom. Shathees
won numerous awards during the project for his contributions.

GE Healthcare US/Canada Rollout

Project Description: Mr.Shathees was the FICO lead of GE healthcare US/Canada SAP rollout.
Shathees is responsible for the designs for General ledger, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable.
Fixed assets, Overhead cost controlling and Product cost planning. Shathees has designed the
Product cost planning and cost object controlling for the manufacturing and sourcing business of GE
which included the costing for co-products. Shathees has also designed the lockbox
Processing and electronic bank statements with intercompany cash applications.

Project Description: Mr. Shathees was part of the IBM team (GL and Controlling Lead) that
implemented SAP at Viacom media networks. His responsibilities include the delivery of solutions
related to RTR processes such as General ledger (New GL including extension of coding block fields
and multiple ledgers), Cost center accounting, Profit center accounting, ECCS consolidation, Payroll
interface from ADP and Peoplesoft, over 30 substitution and Validation rules, Development of inter
company matrix to give visibility to inter company balances, solution for Barter process, country
specific solutions ( SPED/DIPJ reporting in Brazil, Year end postings in Italy/France, Document
journal in Argentina etc.) , AP/AR reclass entries in European countries, and Revaluation/Translation
for US GAAP. Shathees has received numerous thank you awards from the client during this project
and was identified a business and technical talent by IBM. As well as Shathees has received the

Project Description: Mr. Shathees was part of three implementations at LF. In addition to standard
FI/CO modules implementation, Shathees helped LF to build an interface with CIT (AR Factor
Company) to reconcile the daily cash balance. As well as Shathees helped LF to implement various
enhancements such as enhanced cost center selection on GL entries and Sub profit center logic
using Internal orders, with his ABAP skills. Due to his contributions to the project Shathees was
requested by LF to be part of the support team even after starting Maidenform and Timberland
projects. Shathees was also part of the team that implemented BPC at LF. Shathees helped LF to
derive the component level profitability for the pre pack materials using COPA.
