ESTIDAMA REQUIREMENTS
1 Green consultants (GC) discussed the concerns regarding the U-value
calculation report prepared by Emarat Europe.
- Highlighted that there are discrepancies between the submitted section
details, and the precast panel connection details provided at the start

of the project. GC stated that Emarat Europe may be requested by UPC,
to provide further details regarding precast panel connections. Emarat
Europe agreed that details demonstrating compliance with the
envelope elevations will be provided upon request by UPC.
- EE stated that the revised envelope U-value calculation report will be

released one day after the comments are received on the same.
- GC stated that comments on the envelope elevations would be released

by COB 16.10.2016.
2 Hilalco highlighted that there may be a change in glass U-value from 1.1
GC,
W/m2K to 1.2W/m2K due to non-availability of glass to achieve a U value of

1.1. GC stated that this will result in lower energy savings and thus loss of

points related to energy performance of the building.

- Hilalco suggested that alternate credits are targeted to compensate for
the loss. Hilalco stated that the number of points which need to be
achieved would be confirmed soon.
- Hilalco and GC agreed that recommendation for targeting additional
credit points can be made once the flow rates for the different water
fixtures are finalized.
GC requested to provide light power densities and water fixtures & Fittings
3 MAPCO
details
GC highlighted about the pending close out report for CEMP. In addition, GC
4 informed that no waste manifest has been received since the commencement HILALCO
of the construction. Hilalco to provide the same at the earliest

GC reiterated that all Delivery notes and photographic evidence as well as

tracking sheets to be compiled during the course of the project

MAPCO confirmed that energy meters and water meters will be provided as

FINAL DELIVERABLES
Hilalco discussed with S/c regarding the documents which sub-contractors
need to provide during the course of project
a. Shop drawing, material submittals, method statements, ITP, with final
approval from consultants/clients
b. Material delivery notes, material verification reports, independent lab
reports/factory certificate, country of origin certificates with code 1

d. As built drawings, O&M manuals, Warranty certificates (where ever
applicable).
