Course Overview:

In this course we will continue your study of English and improve your speaking and listening
skills.

Course Objectives:

Students will speak fluently and accurately for their level in authentic speaking exercises.
Students will learn and use new vocabulary for everyday situations including: shopping
for food, repairs, health, house and home, and travel and transportation.
Students will use the present simple, present progressive, past simple, past progressive,
and future tenses accurately in spoken and written English.
Students will practice listening and answering appropriately by keeping a weekly
listening and speaking log.
Students will use comparative and superlative forms accurately and appropriately.

Classroom Rules:
Speak English in the classroom.
80% attendance ((8 absences)
Be on time
Dress modestly
No food. Water is OK
No children in the classroom
Participate and ask questions
Bring a notebook and pen/pencil
