cannot be made to give such support arguing that there is as yet no finding as to his guilt.
Would you agree with the trial court if it denied the application for support pendente lite?

for estafa was filed against A based on the same double sale that was the subject of the
civil action. A filed a "Motion for Suspension of Action" in the criminal case, contending
that the resolution of the issue in the civil case would necessarily be determinative of his
