I am happy to write a letter of recommendation for Danielle Dallof who was a student
teacher at Northwest Middle School during the 2016-17 school year. During Danielles time at
Northwest I have been able to observe her in both the classroom and PLCs and I believe that she
has the ability to become a great teacher. Danielle sets high standards for her students, she
communicates well with families, and she works well with her colleagues.
Danielle is the type of educator who sets high expectations for her students and hold them
to it. She often will push her students to improve and helps them set goals. She does a great job of
setting goals for her students and then supporting them to reach these goals.
In setting and working towards these goals Danielle also does a great job of
communicating with families. She will often reach out to parents to try and get their support to
help a student. She communicates goals that have been set and involves families in these goals.
Not only does Danielle communicate well with families but she also does a great job of
working with her peers. During PLC meetings Danielle is insightful and helpful. She is willing to
work with her colleagues to improve herself and those around her.
Due to my experience with Danielle I feel confident in recommending her for your open
position. She has high standards, communicates well, and will be beneficial to any faculty she
finds herself on.
