PHYSICAL HEALTH

Children in the early childhood years should be involved in some form of age and
develop mentally appropriate physical activity.
Movement activities are essential to learning and physical fitness is important to brain
development.

Benefit of being physically fit

3. Improved concentration, attention and retention
4. Reduced risk of diabetes and heart disease
5. Healthy bones,joints and muscles.
HEALTHY LIFESTYES

In educating the whole child, we must consider both physical and psychological
health of the children in our classrooms. The childs healthy development includes a variety
components including physical and motor development, emotional, social and intellectual
health. Establishing early patterns of healthy lifestyles is important in enhancing physical and
psychological well-being for a lifetime. Classroom strategies to encourage greater activity
include incorporating more dance and movement. Children in early childhood years should
be involved in some form of age and developmentally appropriate physical activity.

As a teacher, we have to be a leader for the children. Teacher need to guide them to be
a better person using their experience and skills. Learning has to fully implemented without
separating different knowledge. For example, teach them how to read, show them good
attitude, manners, health safety and nutrition education. This learning may
satisfying children's necessaries that is different in terms of development, interest and ability
from other background.

Physical movement and activity are essential for healthy growth and development can
provide many opportunities for both fine and gross-motor skill development. Physical activity
has many short- and long-term benefits for cognitive, affective and psychomotor. Regular,
vigorous physical activity in a supportive environment helps build healthy habits that
continue throughout life. For example teacher ask children to do activity such as climbing,
jumping, running and kicking for children to gain the basic physical skills they need. We also
need to practising healthy lifestyle through nutrition and self sanitary care. So that they will
try to adapt in many situation in classroom.

Spiritual health is maintaining correct relations with the Creator that in turn orders
relations with other humans and with the environment. Health in the biological sense is
maintaining physiological function in the optimal situation. Psychological health is being
aware of and at peace with the self as well as the social environment around. Health in the
social sense means harmonious functioning in the social environment involving give and take
relations. The various components of health are inter-related and closely inter-dependent such
that a problem in one can easily lead to others.

We have to use our time properly in 24 hours that divided into three: 8 hours for
Allah, 8 hours for ourself and another 8 hours for people. For Allah, we can do prayers,
salawat and recite Quran. Next, for ourself we can do revision, homework, sleep and eat.
Then, for other is meeting friends to make a discussion about assignment, helping people and
spend time with family. If our spiritual is excellent, we will be a role model for others to
change their lifestyles and return to Allah. Someone with good attitude will surely has
excellent in terms of cognitive, affective and psychomotor.

In conclusion, healthy lifestyle include the three figure that Dr. has taught to us
yesterday which is Self-concept, making sense of organization and cognitive, affective and
psychomotor.
