During the week of March 13th-17th, 2017 we will have
the pleasure of student teaching in your childs classroom. As student teachers in our final semester, it is our goal to graduate this spring with an Associates Degree in Applied Science for Early Care and Education. As a team, we have strategically planned to create a positive and encouraging learning environment for your children. We look forward to extending their learning experiences through language and literacy, math, science, art, and physical activities. Thank you for giving us the opportunity and privilege to teach and learn from your children.
My name is Kelly Wilson. I was born and
raised in Southern Maryland. I am currently in classes to complete my last semester at Horry Georgetown Technical College. Im currently employed at a local childcare facility. Ive been working in childcare for six years, and I am happily married of almost four years. I have already had the privilege to meet each child in the class and Im truly honored to have such an amazing group of children. I put my hardest work into planning a fun, safe, and positive learning environment for each, and every child. I am ecstatic about our week together!
My name is Kayla Hungate. I am a Myrtle Beach girl, born and
raised. I am a single mother to a seven-month-old, four-pound Pomeranian named Lucy. Growing up, I never wanted to be a doctor, actor, or even president. I have dreamed of working with young children as their caregiver since I can remember. I will proudly walk across the stage at Horry Georgetown Technical College and accept my diploma this spring and then I will move forward to Coastal Carolina University next spring. I have planned for this awesome week since my entry to the program, and I am so excited to get to know you and your child during this experience!
