The report of impact from climate change

It is difficult to expect exactly the impact of climate change.

We do not have completely affective method to prevent climate

change yet.

Global cooperation is crucial to solve climate change.

Opinion:
Climate change is a kind of elephant in the room, because it is obvious
that the impact from climate change, but many of states do not find
effectively method to prevent it, In addition, global agreement such as
Kyoto protocol or Parise Agreement is already existing, but attitude of
some states are still negatively to contribute to global cooperation to
climate change.
