A Message on Building Faith
Last week we studied that Faith is a combination of knowledge, trust
and belief. Let us dwell a bit about importance of knowledge.
Philippians 1:9 says And thisFELLOWSHIP
LADIES is my prayer: that your love may
abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight.
Knowledge about word of God plays a key role to build faith in our
spirits and the bible reveals that Knowledge is important for us in this
worldly life. In Hosea 4:6, the word of God reveals that My people
are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Through God's words we gain
an understanding that God is the one who gives the gift of
knowledge- that is an understanding or awareness. The believer must
add knowledge to his virtue, increasing acquaintance with the whole
truth and will of God. We must add temperance to knowledge;
moderation about worldly things; and cheerful submission to the will
of God which is declared in 2 peter 1:5 8. And through knowledge
comes confidence; through confidence comes hope and hope gives
way to strengthen faith in God.

Look What God has done
Sister Karen Pinkney and her little daughter have been attending
our church from past 2 months. Sister Karen accepted Jesus as her
savior and later was baptized at our church. Look at what she
testifies One evening while having fellowship with Pastor Felix and
Pastor Vera, they strengthened me with word of God and started
praying for me in spirit. During prayer I had my daughter on my lap.
She began crying and distracting me as she would often do during
prayers and worship. Pastor Felix and Vera at that point stopped
praying and laid their hands on my daughter and prayed. During
prayer my daughter stopped crying and I instantly felt her body relax
in my arms. I have been seeing a change in the behavior of my
daughter from then on both at home and at Church. It gives me joy
and happiness to see her dancing and singing in the church and I have
my time to praise and worship God without distractions. I praise God
for his favour.

Important Announcements
Steadfast Night
The church planned to host steadfast night on the 18th of
December 2015 at 7:00 pm. Many churches have been invited to
participate in this event as the primary motive of the event is to
evangelize the word of God. We request the members of the church
to pray for the event invite families and friends and participate
actively in the event. For more details, please contact Pastor Sila

Celebrating the birth of Jesus
In John 3:16 it says, For God so loved the world, that he gave his only
Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal
life and Galatians 4:4 it says, But when the fullness of time had come,
God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law. Let us
come together for a time of worship on 25th of December 2015 at 10:00
am sharp.
NEW YEAR eve
In Luke 8:39 the bible instructs us saying "Return to your house
(Church) and describe what great things God has done for you. Pastors
would like to inform the church to prepare their testimonies and
proclaim his goodness in your life. The New Year eve will start at
8:00pm on 31st of December 2015 with a fellowship and later followed
by fun and testimonies.
We have Pastor Lolek Kwiek, from
Visiting Frankfurt, Germany preaching the word of God
Pastor at our Church this Morning. Let us Welcome him
and pray for his ministry.
