Finals: Sub-round 2

Dear finalist,

This is the valuations round where the participants knowledge of mergers and
acquisitions will be tested.

You are required to send us a PDF containing the following valuations of your
chosen companies:
Price-earnings Ratios
Discounted cash flow analysis of the company (including pre and post
mergers valuation). You are free to use any technique to derive the DCF
analysis
Exchange ratio
A brief analysis of why you have chosen this M&A, explained with the
above valuations

Please note:
Do not send in your valuations in excel sheet. Only PDF documents will
be accepted.
Please mention the formulas youre using clearly. You do not need to
show the entire calculations.
You will be judged on the basis of your knowledge of finance in this
round.
