doesnotrepresenthowmuchRFthephoneemits.Allphonemodelsaretestedattheirhighest
valueinstrictlaboratorysettings.Butwheninoperation,theSARofaphonecanbesubstantially
lessthanthelevelreportedtotheFCC.Thisisbecauseofavarietyoffactorsincludingitsproximity
toabasestationantenna,phonedesignandotherfactors.Whatisimportanttorememberisthat
