Dear Nurse Recruiter,

I enthusiastically recommend Rachel McDonald for a new graduate RN position in

your facility. I have known Rachel since her freshman year at Shenandoah University
as her academic advisor. In addition, she was a student in my maternal-newborn
nursing class in our BSN program.

While a student in my class, Rachel was highly motivated and industrious. She was an
excellent student and consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence in both
class and clinical. She is a dependable, and dedicated student with a determination to
exceed all of her goals. She is also polite and professional in her interactions with her
professors, patients and peers.

Rachel is an excellent candidate for a new nurse position. She is intelligent, focused,
and demonstrates a high degree of personal integrity. She would undoubtedly be an
asset to your team. I am more than happy to answer any questions or have the
opportunity to tell you more about Rachels fine attributes. Feel free to contact me at
srawlsbr@su.edu.

Sincerely,

Sherry Rawls-Bryce, MSN, RN, FCN
