Sample Script of Master Ceremony in Speech Contest

Assalamualaikum Wr. Wb.

Good morning everybody

First of all, let us praise to the Almighty Allah SWT, because of His Blessing we are
able to come here, to join this English speech contest. Secondly, may peace be
upon to our prophet, Muhammad SAW, who has guided us into the right ways of
life.

Ladies and Gentlemen;

We, the committee of this English speech contest, would like to say many thanks
to all of you who have come here to join, participate and share together in
improving our English ability. Without your contribution, it is impossible for us to
run this activity. We hope this English speech contest will give an advantage for us
in developing our language competence, especially speaking skill.

Ladies and Gentlemen;

A few words about the contest and some of its rules.The speakers have been advise
d of this procedure and will be expecting that period of silence after their speech.
A reminder: May we also ask that you mute all cell phones. The time of speech
maximum 15 minutes. The time keeper will signals intermediate time to the
contestants using colour cards. The yellow card will be displayed at 10 minutes.
The red card will be displayed at 15 minutes. It means your time is over.
There are disqualifications if the host calls the contestants until 3 times but the
contestant do not attend in stage yet.

Ok. The event is the most weve been waiting for.
