Different companies adopt their own style of typing their memoranda. Most of them have special

different ways. Some of their memos are colored, usually pink or blue. Their sizes vary for convenience

Abbreviated stationery is going out of style. Records management people have found out that the
short-size letters get lost in the file as with these half-sheets or one-third sheets of memoranda. However,

finalize this plan, the Board agreed to adjust selling price of products in order to maintain a 5% profit
margin more than the First Quarters.
The Sales Manager would study the pricing structure of the company products; the Production
Manager, to study the possibility of reducing the production costs; and the Controller, to do the costing
and to prepare the proforma financial statements.
The President requested the three board members to come out with the results of their studies to
be discussed during the special meeting on April 20.
