Inspection Parties Involved:
H - Mandatory Hold Point = Contractor shall submit inspection notice in advance. The works may only proceed after the Inspection party gave his approval to proceed.
W - Witness = Contractor shall submit inspection notice to witness. If Inspection party does not witness, vendor will proceed his activity without written permission from Inspection party. 1- DEL : EPC Contractor
M - Monitor = Inspection party shall be at site and work shall be conducted under his/her presence. If Inspection party is not present then Contractor can proceed without written permission. 2- Gul Ahmed / OE : Client
R - Document Review = All documents/records to be reviewed by the Inspection party. 3- The ENGINEER / POWER PURCHASER: For EPA Testing
A - Approval = All documents/records related to inspection and test, must be in written form by the Inspection party.
